Just received my chair and after a little issue with UPS Freight sending an 18 wheeler to deliver this (driver said he was over height for my neighborhood) he helped me load the chair into the back of my SUV from about a block away from the house. Not the most convenient thing but could be worse. Was able to get the chair into place without much difficulty using 3 people. It’s manageable with two people lifting from the sides and another to help guide and watch that it didn’t scrape anything...So first off, I’m very impressed with the quality and features offered in this chair at its price point! There are four auto programs, each of which has a distinct style. Each vary between massages and I don’t think it gives the same massage twice. It’s as good as the massages I’ve gotten from Brio chairs at twice the price. It travels all the way to the buttocks and all the way up to the neck. The foot massage is fully immersive and it feels like someone kneading your feet squeezing the sides and is very relaxing! There are rollers in the calf as well as airbags to give your legs a great workout. The mechanism doesn’t sound very loud as others have stated but it’s new. Will post an update in a few months to give an idea of longevity but I’m hopeful that it will be reliable for a long time!Bluetooth speakers are ok. Not much bass but what do you really need in a massage chair? Good clean stereo sound. It’s a nice feature regardless and does not seem like an afterthought in the design. I’m very impressed with this chair overall and highly recommend it!——Update: Still enjoying the chair and have had zero issues thus far. Still seems as quiet as it ever did with a good bit of use between March and November...

Ok the shipping was absolutely fantastic! Ok pilot did a super great job. 1st they got the chair to me 4 days early! Then when the box got here it was so clean and wrapped great. So shipping part gets an A+++++! Ok so I unboxed the unit and it was clean! Looked great and was all assembled and came in one box. The description advised two boxes and some assembly. So A+ on that. All my pieces came with it. Getting it in the house and downstairs was not bad for me. Now for the feel and operation. Now it has only been 2 days but so take that into consideration. But it feels good when you sit in it. All of the airbags works and work good. The foot roller is awesome and can be turned off if wanted. Oh man the back roller has for rollers and it gets deep. Look this chair may be cheaper but you get all of the goodies. You can recline the footrest and backrest separately and without using the massage function. Cool for gaming and watching tv. It has four auto presets and numerous manual functions. I have not played with it fully yet but I have had several massages with only 2 days. Oh yea it stretches you a bit too. The heat function works but I am not using it right now. The bluetooth is cool touch and the speakers are by your head and work pretty good. It has a slow usb charger but it will still charge. To me not being a massage chair pro, this chair seems to be great! Now let's see how long the airbags and rollers hold up.

Comfort level was not billed as advertised. I read reviews, searched many items on Amazon and I believe the reviews were for people under 5 foot 7. Also the comfort level of the massage was not as advertised as it was actually painful on many of the functions. I recommend testing this type of chair at a furniture store before looking for a better price on Amazon.The delivery process was good and I recommend in room delivery. The driver was excellent and took his time and placed the chair as directed.

We bought the brown colored one. The color is as pictured. The performance is good but I don't have a comparison as I've briefly sat in other massage chairs at friends houses. I'm not that hefty so it feels a little hard at the lower back but thats solved by putting the detachable layer that is attached by a zipper at the top. The shiatsu is great especially when it pulls back your shoulders and the S track runs down the neck and back to the butt. Neck massage is a big week as it does not contact the neck all the way going up and down. The zero gravity (horizontal orientation) makes is massage evenly to all parts.

Overall this is a great product considering the quality and functions it provides. I bought this chair in September 2018 and I've been using it almost everyday. The build of the chair is very sturdy and beautifully designed. It does what is said it did: Full body massage with SL track and zero gravity, as well as foot rollers. You can choose among four Auto Modes: Mild Mode, Strong Mode, Sleep Mode, and Relaxing Mode. I personally like Mild Mode because it's not too strong not too mild. In each auto mode you can manually choose the massaging styles (Kneading, Knocking, Clapping, Shiatsu, or the combination), the strength (max, min, mix), the parts (you can turn on all parts or turn some off: head, shoulders, back, hip, feet,...). You can set the minutes to a maximum of 30 minutes per session and it will remember your setting the next time you use it again. When the temperature is cold you can turn on the heat and make the seat warm. I used the heat function only once or twice and I think it's too hot for me. The chair also comes with Bluetooth connectivity. This is very useful when you play soothing music while doing the massage. So far, I am very satisfied with this product.Overall, I would recommend this product.

this chair is easy to assemble. only take about 5 minuets. everything seems to work well for now. I am over 6ft tall and my arms will not even fit in the chair to use the arm message. it would be a great chair for the money if it fit people the size it is advertised for. Just to small.
