Haven Harbor Paperback – November 20, 2022

I've read all of Katharine Spencer's Cape Light series and was so excited when I heard she was writing a new series, Haven Harbor.Katharine Spencer does it again with another charming and heartwarming novel. Set in a small beach town similar to Cape Cod, Spencer transports the reader on a beach get away through her delightful prose. The story is full of likable characters, unsuspecting plot twists, and humor.Spencer leaves you with a warm feeling - I couldn't stop smiling after I put the book down. It's a wonderful read, the kind that's best devoured by a fire with a hot cup of tea or on the beach with a lobster roll on the side.I absolutely loved this book, and look forward to hopefully reading many more in this new series!

Katherine Spencer's books have always been a great way to relax, unwind, get and hold my attention, and inspire. After realizing Cape Light and Angel Island books would not continue, I was delighted to discover Haven Harbor as the first in a new series. The characters, as before, come across as real people I would like to know (except one, for obvious reasons). The book is over 400 pages, but reads like a shorter book because it keeps the reader interested. Even the end gets more riveting instead of wearing down. I look forward to the rest of the series and wish we had more fun, inspirational books like this one.

Although I was sad to say so long to our beloved characters of Cape Light/Angel Island series, these new characters of Haven Harbor are just as endearing! Looking forward for the next book!!! This one was wonderful!

.This is a great story . It is about a family who has to rebuild The Blue Sky Cafe . The mom runs it and it is going downhill . The daughters all pitch in and another part of the story, who went to prison for a crime she didn't commit. This is A VERY GOOD READ.

Katherine Spencer's Haven Harbor is a heartwarming page turner. I planned to save this book for my beach week but after it arrived, I decided to read a page or two and then I just couldn't put it down. After reading Haven Harbor, I wish I could hop on a ferry and visit the island, the Blue Sky Cafe and High Meadow Farm. I can't wait for the next book in the series!!

Since I have read all of the Cape Light and Angel Island books I was very excited to hear that Katherine Spencer had a new book out - Haven Harbor. She is so talented at writing heartwarming stories that take place in small towns where you get to know the characters as if they were real. She never disappoints! I hope there will be more Haven Harbor books very soon!

I didn’t want to stop reading this book. I felt like I was in New England. I loved the series of Cape Light and Angel Island. I was not disappointed in Haven Harbor. Katherine Spencer is a wonderful writer can’t wait to read the others in this series.

I loved the Cape Light and Angel Island Books by Katherine Spencer. It's great to have a new series by this beautiful author. She has an ability to write about issues we also face in our day-to-day life in the characters she's created. I look forward to more books in this series. The Cape Light books all took place at Xmas time. Haven Harbor takes place during the summer time. I'm wondering if this series will also stick to the same season or rotate through the seasons.
