Good item going rusty easy even though for outside

I have been searching for months for something to store my larger picture frames in and I spotted this. It has proved to be perfect. Easy to assemble and arrived on time.

Product arrived promptly. Easy to assemble. Fits my wellies well and is sturdy enough.Loads of bits of paint missing from the ends though. They were in the bag and on the floor. Not very impressed really. We shall see how it fares over the winter.Put it this way, I wouldn't buy another one of the same brand.
