At £7.00 each I figured, compared to similar products, it was worth buying one.I know it's just a glass bottle but it's like the Carlsberg of bottles - decent weight, it's got more shape to it than the photo shows, the stopper is airtight/leak proof/easy to use.The green colour is more subtle than shown but that enhances its appearance.Used to carry filtered water - which should always be stored in glass.11/10 for quality and price.

Bought for my overnight oats and it’s just right size for making this. It seals really great and it’s very good value for money. I have put it in the dishwasher but mostly I wash by hand. Both were fine.

Bought this, then found a set of three for same price. This one is thicker, stronger and the fastening is better made. I’d buy more of these next time and not bother with a cheaper brand. You’ll end up needing this one in the end anyway.

I got this for keeping my sourdough starter and it is perfect! The size is great for allowing it to rise without being too big and the sealed closing lid stops any bad bacteria for getting into my starter while it’s in hibernation. Will definitely get more of these for storage and such in the future. Great price and quite nice looking too. I love that it’s glass and not plastic.

I had it in my bag and after about half an hour I placed my bike down gently and it broke. Poor quality

As my 11-year-old slave and I tentatively begin our first joint adventures in baking, I thought I'd start a tradition a friend of mine enjoyed within her family - the Vanilla Sugar Jar. It's a relatively simple concept - air-tight jar, caster sugar, vanilla pod - but was something she'd made with her mother, and every time I went round, we'd shake the jar open it, sniff the sugar and then stash it back in the cupboard, daydreaming about what glorious cakes we could make with such a magical substance.Years later, when she left home, her mum wrapped the jar up (still being topped up and affectionately shaken from time to time) and slipped it into a box as a loving, parting gift.See, it's a legacy thing, really. And for that type of years-later thing, you need a really sturdy, reliable glass jar.This is such a jar.I'm trying to find lots of reasons to buy more of them, but in the meantime, it's more than robust enough to cope with the enthusiastic tremors and tippings of my 11-year-old baker.

Lo compré para fermentar la leche con kéfir y es perfecto; como es de litro y medio, puedes poner un litro de leche y aún tiene la tercera parte vacía para acumular los gases de la fermentación. Es robusto y tiene un buen diseño. Se lava perfectamente porque cabe la mano por el gollete.

Als Vorratsglas empfehlenswert, aber nicht zur Likörbereitung. Zu geringes Fassungsvermögen. Qualität des Glases ist in Ordnung und somit als empfehlenswert einzustufen.

Práctico, hermético y bien hecho. El precio también está bastante bien. No entra un paquete entero de 1 kg de pasta (macarrones) pero bueno, está bien. Contentos.
