Used as directed - some slight improvement to my nails in that they are slightly softer, easier to cut and not quite as white. However it has not cleared up the problem and the new nail that grows continues to be infected. I am now going to use a prescription lacquer from my instead.

Used this for one month and had no noticeable change in condition. Also the smell of the treatment medication was intolerable. The application was twice daily to the toe nails and had to be " let to dry" before before coverage, but the substance is oil based and takes probably an hour to dry. Totally impracticable!.

Better than anything else I have tried. Definitely works but it is a long process and I apply it more than twice a day (sometimes 4 or 5 times a day) . The fungus does keep fighting back and I'm not yet sure I'll win the battle but I am just ordering my third bottle. Each bottle lasts a couple of months and so I found it's needed for the whole length of time it takes a nail to grow out at least - so you are looking at over 6 months and several bottles if it is all over your nail, but I haven't yet found any other better, quicker way. Prescribed drugs can damage your liver and give me headaches. This has no apparent side effects.

Ok so I've had a fungal toenail infection on my right large toe for a least four years now and I've tried many different topical treatments with no success. The entire nail is a horrid yellow colour very thick and crumbly and now takes more than twice as long as my other toe nails to grow.Unfortunately for certain reasons I am unable to take prescribed antifungal medication and I've been wondering now if I'll ever get rid of this infection.After searching for yet another product to try I found this one interesting because I haven't seen anything non-prescription that you take orally before.I had a fairly pleasant experience using both the nail solution and soft nails, the nail solution does smell quite strong but only when you're applying it or when it's still wet and you walking around barefoot, plus you might notice the smell in your shoes but it beats the normal shoe smell of cheesy foot odour.Taking the softgels is just like taking any other vitamin pills, though they have a bit of a smell and taste to the outer coating, but whatever you do don't break the softgels in your mouth by mistake, the taste is terrible and it just does not go away, only happened once when I was swallowing with food.After using the 60 days worth of softgels I continued to use the nail solution for a month after, unfortunately my infected toenail now grows really slowly and after 90 days I couldn't see any noticeable improvement. But after contacting ZANE HELLAS they were really awesome about it give me a full refund and then offered to send me a stronger mix lotion for no extra charge.I have been using the stronger lotion for nearly 2 months now and might finally be able to see signs of improvement, I can see a slightly more white nail starting to grow. I have a feeling it's going to be a long time before I see if it's worked due to help dang slow my toenail grows.

It worked exactly as you described in your instructions. I had infection on one finger of my left hand for a long time. It was very painful and puss appeared from time to time. I went to a Doctor in England - they gave me strong antibiotics to take for 2 weeks and told me everything would clear. In two weeks time, after taking antibiotics and keeping my hands in salty water every evening, it got much worse - all 10 fingers on both hands became infected and had puss under nails. I thought I would lose my hands. Because of antibiotics, I started having problems with my gut. I went to a Doctor in France - they gave me homeopathy type of antibiotics and Hexamedine to put the fingers in - nothing worked. I have applied this solution every day, twice a day and taken the oral Softgels but have not observed any change or difference.

I had high hopes for this but it didn't work as well as I had hoped. There has been improvement though
