Better than the black one
I ordered this one 3 days after ordering my black one. Hoping to ride both on my daughter's birthday with her. This one no issues rolling or going fast. But blue tooth won't connect on either of them thru the yadea app. Took 2 hrs for firm ware to update an blue tooth wouldn't connect still. Should be price dropped due to lack of intelligence in these types of scooters. But other wise Smoothe fast ride

Works as advertised. It’s a beast!
Easy assembly. Fast AF. Long battery life. I’ve actually got mine past 30mph on a full charge. Not for children for sure.

Bad bad quality control …disappointing (2 bad faulty/damaged scooters from Yadea)
I bought the KS5 Pro as a replacement for a new KS5 (non Pro version). The first one (KS5) was a lemon, it has the E0 error code right from the start at unboxing and assembling. I was never able to ride it since it would constantly beep with E0 error code. How annoying is that! So I returned the KS5 immediately and and ordered this upgraded KS5 Pro. Took a chance getting this second scooter from the same company, not thinking I’d have the same error code. When the KS5 Pro arrived, I immediately started unboxing to assemble it. No error code this time, that was all perfect. But what wasn’t perfect was the condition of the scooter. This KS5 Pro despite it being new and fully padded and protected with all the factory styrofoam protection around the neck and body etc in the box, the neck of the scooter that goes up to the handlebars had bad scratched out marks right by the labeling. At first I thought ….ugh that sucks. But whatever it’s not critical to the performance or the scooter working, it’s cosmetic, so I can kind of live with that. Oh well. But they as I kept unpacking, I noticed the rear left reflector was crushed and pieces were crumbling. Including the housing/mount that secured it to the frame of the scooter. As you can see in my pictures, it’s all cracked and crushed. Maybe somehow it became damaged upon factory packaging or something. I don’t know but overall this is horrible quality control. I then decoded go get in touch with Yadea thru their website to submit a ticket, but the site wouldnt let me submit. I tried several times and nothing worked, and there’s no customer support phone number on their site. It only lets you submit form on webpage saying they’ll respond within 48 hrs yet the web form wouldnt work for me. So I gave up. Returned this KS5Pro the same day I received it. I shouldnt have to deal with this type of bad quality issues. And yet it was two Yadea scooters. I have them a second chance, with two scooters, and they both failed my expectations. So I bought a 3rd scooter now FROM A TOTALLY DIFFERENT SCOOTER COMPANY since I’m done with Yadea. Sad. But my 3rd scooter works great. Thankfully. I was not recommend getting Yadea despite they’re supposedly the largest scooter company in China. Risky you never know what you’ll get. I know others have received good ones from them but I got the so bad ones and it was so disappointing and a huge hassle to rebid them each and take them back to ups store for my refunds. So glad Amazon has excellent return policy!!!

Yadea has the best customer support if your scooter is in warranty you can get support for any of the scooter parts they are best in service.
