I owned this bag before and loved it. I bought it to carry frozen meat from the wholesalers as it easily holds a 30-lb box of chicken + more. I accidentally put a hole in my first bag--oops. I decided to try another brand that folds flat. BIG mistake--it leaked like a sieve and doesn't have side handles to help lift when the bag is full.So I learned my lesson and bought this bag again. No it doesn't fold flat but it folds flat enough. Excellent material inside and out. My (very) frozen box of chicken can be in the car in the hot sun for hours and it is still frozen the next day. And the side handles are ultra important when you have to life 30-50 lbs. out of the trunk of the car!Most important though is that it does NOT leak It will start to 'sweat' the next day but still remains frozen.Really a great bag and I highly recommend!UPDATE: The new version folds flat (long ways)! So that makes it even better.

Perfect to carry out your food

It's an attractive looking bag and very huge. However, I was not happy with the bag and here's why. With all the room inside, you can quickly exceed the 110 max weight. If it's not full to the top or its heavy, sides collapse inward when you lift it with the top or side straps. Makes it difficult & awkward to carry. Baseboard (bottom) has 2 very thin plastic sheets inserted. Provides absolutely no support. Walls are thin with not much insulation. I packed it with canned drinks, frozen and cold foodstuff. Heavy condensation occurred 45 minutes later when I arrived at my destination. Zipper always gets stuck around corners. Bag is non-functional if zipper breaks. To be fair, I had no intentions using this bag for pizzas. I assume if you're using this bag only for pizzas/boxes, some if these issues probably wouldn't apply. I've decided smaller bags will be easier to carry along with better insulation. I've returned the bag for a refund.

It's huge that way I can carry home a pizza and it's still warm . Zippers usually break on me after a week but after heavy use still works great

I think this bag is nice for the most part but it could be better. I have a few ideas to make it better. First, the bottom should be hard cased. Second, it would help if the bag came with a plastic insert to hold drinks or anything where you can keep it from falling over. Third, there could be a quick open and close so I don't have to zip it every time. Overall, I really like the bag and I use it a lot, it provides a good clean space for me to dash whenever I need to and keep peoples food the temperature it is supposed to be.I hope this helps someone.

Bag is spacious, well built and and seems durable. Hoping for many years of usage from it. Appreciate that it can be folded for easy storage.

I purchased this to keep in the car for picking up dinner after work. It’ll keep the smell of food from lingering in my new vehicle and keep the food warm or cold.It is wayyy bigger than I thought it would be, but will still serve its purpose.
