My granddaughter loves this item.
I gave it as a gift and it was tested out by my granddaughter before she went back to college. She liked the light weight and the vacuum power. She has a dog and appreciated the ease of picking up the hair.

Very easy to use
This Stick Cleaner is so fun to use. I get up in the morning and while I am making my coffee I'm already looking forward to vacumning. The only thing I would change is the handle. It is awkward and the material is very hard. I would rather have some type of rubber coating on the handle or something soft because I have arthritis and it can actually hurt my hand a little to use it. Also I do not have a very strong grip anymore so the handle is a challenge to hold onto. My friend saw it and ask about it and has already ordered one. When she got it she immediately sent me a text message that said "I love, love, love it"! Also it was very easy to put together. My 9-year-old grandson did it for me and showed me how to use it.

Terrible charge to run-time ratio
We've had Electrolux canister vacs for a long time (still use two quite frequently). We were excited to come across this cordless model. Would never recommend it. 4+ Hours to recharge the battery and you get about 30 minutes of use. If you live in a small (two rooms max, maybe) it could be good choice. It really does have great suction. The filtration appears to be very functional. It's a little cumbersome to empty. The attachments were easy to use. It's just not very practical for a "larger house" with animals. We'll be asking for a return.

Very nicely designed, but how about a user's manual?
Nicely designed....easily comes apart for handheld cleaning (auto upholstery etc.)....on board shaft for cleaning baseboards, high places etc. A bit hard to put together....no instructions, just pictures....no owner's manual. It has great suction for such a modestly-priced machine. Durability? Who knows? Time will tell. So far so good.

Daily dust bunny catcher for hardwood floors
This is a great stick vacuum for a use case where you have a hard floors that need a quick vacuuming 3+ times a week, even daily. It will not replace an upright or luxury-end stick vacs for deeper carpet cleaning. The battery life averages 15 minutes of use. I use it to dust my main living and kitchen area quickly, pick up spilled grains and flour, sometimes to do light cleaning on plush carpet in between proper vacuumings with an upright. It is great for quick, daily floor vacuuming of the hardwood in these spaces too. I like the telescoping crevice wand with the built-in dusting brush for my windowsills and walls. The brush roll detangler feature doesn't really work that well except for reducing frequency of brush roll maintenance, but you will need to remove it and take a seam ripper to wrapped hairs and fibers eventually. The floor head struggles to pick up bigger things like almonds and cheerios as they do not clear the unadjustable height of the floor head, so you may consider the model with the plush head in this case, but I have not tried the plush floorhead. The filter assembly is awesome for its washability, an absolute must as fine powders like flour, baking soda, cornstarch and dishwasher powder will clog most filters fast, but a gentle wash of the blue cartridge with running water and a squeeze of the foam filter under tepid water returns suction performance to like-new. It is also reasonably quiet compared to most uprights. I like it overall and it is a time saver for me in the course of my daily housekeeping.

Easy to use, lightweight!
I am disabled and use a walker. I have had to hire cleaning help in the past and now I can vacuum while using my walker. It does take some maneuvering but once I got it figured out, my house is almost as clean as it was before I fractured my hip.Charges quickly, and holds the charge long enough to clean my little house. I am VERY happy.

UPDATE 7/17/24** Poor customer service. No resolution
**7/17/24: customer service finally sent me instructions on refund/replacement. It took awhile, but they did come through. I still stand by that I do love this vacuum. And definitely giving it another chance!!Loved the vacuum performance. Stopped working suddenly after 3 weeks of purchase. I have made 4 lengthy phone calls to replace the vacuum. Sent in my invoice and warranty card. I keep getting told I’ll receive an email with instructions to replace with another vacuum. It’s been months and nothing. They also say that the serial number of my vacuum is registered to someone unrelated to me. Even though I sent in my warranty card. This must be because someone else received this at one time and returned. ?? I feel like I am not dealing with a legitimate company.

Great vacuum with room for improvement
We bought this vacuum as a replacement for our Shark Navigator which we had for years as a cordless option for easier cleaning. While the vacuum power is impressive there are some downsides to it that should hopefully be addressed by the manufacturer in future models.Pros:Great suction powerEasy to emptyConvenienceLight WeightGreat for stairs / easy to assemble/disassembleCons:The tiny dustbin needs to be emptied oftenBattery power isn't greatBattery charging takes 4 hours for a full chargeNo corded optionQuality feels cheap (My wife described this as a "my first vacuum toy" feel)While it is a great vacuum for convenience, I feel like for the name and price of an Electrolux, there should be more bells and whistles, or at least a bigger bin option or an option to use as a cord when the short battery life is depleted. If I vacuum for 30 minutes or more the vacuum is usually dead or close to dead, requiring me to dock it and charge it for 4 hours. The time spent charging is not worth the 30 minutes worth of cleaning, especially when having to empty the bin almost after every medium-sized room. We are going to keep the vacuum, but I can see us having to purchase a regular corded vacuum for non-routine cleanup, which is a shame as we shouldn't need to have more than one vacuum - especially with a price tage of $300.
