Well made product, easy to install, nice fitment to a F900GSA stock windshield.. It forms a pocket of calm air for my head and helmet. I no longer need ear plugs and can hear my music from my ear buds. It worked exactly as advertised. I’ve had similar more expensive products on a F800 GS. This one is superior in function and fitment. Considering its build quality and functionality, I think the price is reasonable. It took a couple of weeks to arrive from China.

For a screen like this, there are basically three choices. One is commonly recommended, but the problem with it is that it has plastic "hardware" that doesn't seem durable. Another is larger and quite a bit more expensive, but requires drilling your windshield. The Kemimoto windscreen overcomes both of these complaints and delivers a high quality windscreen at an excellent price. The Kemimoto hardware is solid machined aluminum and it clamps on securely without drilling. The adjusting bolts work smoothly to provide just the right amount of tension so you can adjust by hand while the device remains solid in the wind. The mechanism is adjustable enough to allow you to find just the right position for optimal windflow.I have tested this up to 85mph and it works just fine, with no sign of flimsiness. It changes the riding experience for me a lot - I can ride with my helmet windscreen up and it's infinitely quieter than without the screen.I also have to commend Kemimoto customer service. I originally ordered this unit, and I received one that had clearly been abused and returned. For that I would blame Amazon, not Kemimoto. But after a couple of emails to Kemimoto support, I had a new unit delivered in just a day or too, and I'm a happy customer. I appreciate the way they stand by their product.

I had this on my 2017 BMW F700 GS, and now moved it over to my 24 BMW F900 GS. It's been amazing so far on both bikes. Was wondering if I would need a new screen on my new GS, but now after using it and loving the ride with it, don't need to spend the extra. I would highly recommend this. I would say just be easy when installing on your current screen. Don't over tighten the screws. For the screws so you can adjust, make em just tight enough so there is some friction but not too much that you can't adjust it if you need to on the fly. For the screws on the screen, just tight enough where it feels like if you pull up on it with a little force it won't move. Screen is thick and extremely sturdy. My only complaint was how they put the plastic on the screen when they ship it. You can't just pull it off as some of it is behind the screws. I just unscrewed it, removed the shipping plastic and screwed it all back in. Hope this helps others. I don't normally do reviews except for things that are complete garbage and sellers don't work with me or if they are so good, that I feel it justifies one. This justifies a good review.

Easy to install. Good built quality. Does help with wind deflection, but when you see through it then things look slightly distorted. This is why I keep it below eye level.

Very pleased so far with this windshield extender on my Honda Transalp. I'm around 6' so when I'm riding 50 mph or faster, the oem windshield deflects the wind right on top part of my helmet. The extender resolved this. The clamp is solid and very adjustable, dense plastic is clear and decent size. I took it out on back roads and highway, works great at highway speeds. No longer have to crouch at times and also can have my clear shield up and leave my sun visor down for improved air flow on warm days.

The deflector worked great as far as getting rid of the buffeting, but it had some short falls that caused me to remove it.1) Above 85mph the wind pushes the deflector back.2) The polycarbonate is not hard coated, so it scratches easy.3) The edges of the polycarbonate are not finished properly.4) The set screws that are used to clamp the deflector to your windshield screw directly in to the rubber sleeves. Eventually the screws will wear through the rubber and ruin your windshield.

Very happy with this little add on screen. Eventually bought one for me (Ducati Multistrada) and one for my son (BMW F650). Definitely reduces turbulence around the helmet.I typically look over it. But good quality plastic and no distortion looking through it. It stays were you put it, neither me or my son have issues with it coming loose or moving…Would buy again.
