10 x 382 12v 21W BA15S Bulbs - Single

Brilliant. Loads of them for very little outlay. What’s not to like.

As you are no doubt aware, the life of any electrical bulb depends on certain criteria during and after manufacture. Firstly, to ensure a 'good' product, the materials used during production and the production process itself must be influenced by strict quality control. Since I have no way of assesing these factors I can only judge this product on whether or not it performs to my satifaction. This bulb lit up when 12v was passed through it. I did not measure the current it was drawing nor the watts it was producing. My only recourse to make an assesment is to see how long the bulb lasts under normal working conditions. In this case the bulb is used as part of a motor cycle electrical indicator lamp. the motor cycle will be used in a proper fashion and not subjected to any environment other than on standard british roads and according to the speed limits thereon. Since the bulb has only just been fitted, it is cleary too early to make an assesment of its longevity, in addition there is no indiation on the product nor any within its packaging as to how long it ought to last.

My local spares store is selling branded versions of these at £4.49 for two but I don't need fancy packaging - it's the bulbs I'm interested in and these take some beating.I fitted a random pair into my van for use as a reversing lamp and fog lamp and both fit and work perfectly. I've also used the same bargain bulbs in my indicators and rear/stop lamps for the past 2-3 years on 4 different vehicles. During this time, I can't actually recall replacing any failures which speaks reassuringly for their longevity.I won't be buying from car accessory stores or garages again. These are just as good and less than a tenth of the price with free 48 hour delivery. I couldn't ask for more.

Most people look at cheapness as a factor of the items poor qualityI buy these bulk packs of bulbs on amazon, so 1) i have a decent supply 2) there a good pricei have had my box of these bulbs for over a year now. ive probably used about 4 of them. all of them are still going strong now and our cars are used all the timedo you buy cheap or buy twice. or do you try these for yourselves and save yourself a wedge with something that is more then up to the job

Ok, its just a bulb. However, unlike some of the ones I have bought, these ones fit well, there are no duds and it didn't leave the connection of the car scorched! I initially bought a single set to install in my car, which lasted close to a year. I've now bought a few more and installed them in other cars, again with no problems. If you're looking for flashy xenon type bulbs, this isn't themCertainly beat paying 10x more for the same thing on the High Street!
