High quality product, well worth it
l purchased these for making fudge bars, they are perfect, l put a variety of flavours in the bottom before pouring in the fudge, see picture. They come out effortlessly.

Simple, and does the job.
I bought this mould to make protein bars at home. It’s perhaps a little small for this application, but that’s on me for being hopeless at gauging sizes of things on the Internet.I’ve put this thing in the dishwasher, oven, freezer and fridge - none of them compromised the integrity of the mould, which is great!Easy to pop finished items out of the mould, and it cleans nicely in the dishwasher.I plan on buying another one of these so I can increase my protein bar batch size.In case there are any curious souls, here’s the protein bar recipe I use, which fills up this mould almost perfectly:100g Vitafiber powder100ml Water100g Whey Protein Powder (I use Myprotein White Chocolate Whey)1. Combine Vitafiber and water in a microwaveable dish. Microwave until liquid is clear.2. In a separate bowl, measure out 100g whey. Add microwaved Vitafiber syrup to powder and mix well, until smooth. Optionally, you can add some flavdrops here for extra flavour.3. Spoon mixture carefully into each mould - there should be just enough to fill the 8 bar moulds, which perhaps a tiny bit to spare.4. Set aside until a film forms over the top of each bar, then freeze overnight. Alternatively, place straight into the freezer if you can keep the mould perfectly level (otherwise mixture may spill out!)Per bar: 77kcal / 2.1g carbs / 0.9g fat / 10g proteinI’d normally eat two at a time.
