Wanted a safe place to store house deeds and other documents without spending a fortune. This beauty arrived very quickly and was well packed. I don't want fancy digital number locks that go wrong, I didn't want a lloyds safe vault costing a fortune and beyond what I need it for, and I don't want to air it out for 30 minutes a week (as suggested by another home safe).I got a very solid steel box that comfortably holds a lot of A4 size documents. I have also purchased a £10 fire safe and waterproof document wallet (lot of water goes into putting out a house fire) So now I have a Waterproof and Fire safe place for my deeds for a very reasonable price.For the offended moaner that gave a poor review because he stated he could'nt get the retailer to give him extra keys, as two were not enough for him, No, Tesco won't cook my chicken I bought either. They sell them not make them . Go get an extra key cut, it's easy enough.Excellent item for not much more than a couple of cheap tin filing boxes.

I bought this product for the price, and for the keys. It comes with a set of keys, which are of good size and look like normal door keys. They look and feel very reliable. There's a serial number on the keys, meaning that the company cuts a different set of keys for each safe. It's important to have keys like that because you can get yourself an extra pair cut, should the original pair break or get missing. I've seen some other safes come with tiny keys, which look like keys for bike locks or padlocks. These will break quickly. Or jam. The safe itself is heavy enough, but not too heavy. Size A4 paperwork fits in. Have no idea how hard or easy it would be to open the lock for a burglar. But I kind of think it can't be too hard. All depends on how much time they're gonna have to fiddle with it. I would definitely screw the safe to the floor or wall. This way the burglars can't take it away to play with. So for the price, I think you're getting a good deal with this safe. Definitely a safe for life. Just cut a set of spare keys and you're done.

Arrived very quickly and it was exactly what I wanted. I needed a safe storage place for A4 documents (Will, Power of Attorney, etc). This safe is perfect and an A4 document can fit in with a small bit of space all round!Only reason I wont give 5 stars is that the bolts supplied to fit it to the wall are very poor quality, and are no use. Luckily, I had a 10mm raw-plugs with coach bolts that did the trick perfectly.Good solid product at a very reasonable price.4.9 stars!!

Good value for money, peace of mind knowing things are safe. Sturdy and practical

Good quality materials used for the enclosure for this key-only safe. Size just about fit A4 documents (may need to bend a little when inserting documents stored in a plastic folder), can be used to store small valuables. Package includes secure screws to lock-down the safe. You need to insert the key directly and not at an angle in order to catch the inside lock. This is not a problem however. Unverified regarding fire resistant.Overall, a good product.

A decent quality safe for home use which is securely bolted down. The fittings were good but I would have preferred two more so that it could be fixed securely to both wall and floor. That was easily remedied though. Much better security than an electronic safe previously owned. That was made by a big name "lock" manufacturer and came from a diy store. Granted it was cheaper than this one but when the batteries are dead and the key sheared off I opened in seconds with a wood chisel! This one should be better but it's only as good as the installation.

I had brought for a friend, who actually changed mind. This can hold your will insurance documents anything you hold close. Light sturdy, doesn't look like a safe, The friend has rheumatoid arthritis, and was quite picky. THIS IS VALUE@PEACE OF MIND

La caja es tela tela de fea, no sé si será por el color, en cuanto a grosor, no para una bomba pero por este precio tampoco se puede pedir mucho más, viene con sus dos llaves y es lisa y del color que véis, cumple su función bien, lo único que hay que tener es dinero para rellenarla.

Der Safe ist wirklich nichts Besonderes, allerdings die billigste Möglichkeit etwas offiziell zu versperren. Kaufkriterium war für mich der Preis; weiters war mir das Vorhandensein eines richtigen Schlosses (also kein Digitalschloss, welches man mit einem Standard-Computergehäuseschlüssel (das sogenannte Schlüsselsystem zur Notöffnung) spurenlos aufbekommt) wichtig.
