I have received a defective product, wherein shoe laces were torn/cut, foot sole inside torn and stitches are appearing to neaked eyes. Requested for replacement but it shows delivery done but actually not received till now.Be care with this seller

I orderd it in pink but recieved navy blue, quality is nice , its very light weight and has soft padding inside but they are not claiming before that free return or refund is not applicable . I really want to exchange it just because i want it in pink , overall quality and sizing is amazing, order carefully as return or exchange is difficult .
