This is great for pressing down your rolled burgers and getting a good shape.Also really good for putting on the BBQ and using it to press down bacon, get it crispier. Can also do thing for steaks to get a better sear.It's well made and looks to be one piece of steel. Didn't stick or cause issuesGreat product and a must have for any grilling or pan fried meals. This is brilliant. A square of grease proof paper stops it sticking to meat etc A little ball of 80/20 mince squashed lightly in a very hot bbq plate add a pile of chopped onions then squash firmly. Cook until crisp underside flip add mustard and cheese slice. Better than bought burgers. 😋

Oil the press before use or the first time you press a burger it will stick.
