Tums work fast!
I use Tums alongside my prescribed Omeprazole. I used to buy Rennies but Tums work instantly. Price wise, itβs better value to order the larger tubs of Tums. The fruity flavors are great. Itβs like having a couple of sweeties in your mouth!

Best remedy!
I've bought tums for quite a few years and they are the antacids that suit me best. I really dislike the gritty, chalky remedies although they work well. Tums taste great and it's my preference to have the fruity flavours. Quick effective relief!

Tums
The tablets work within seconds. I will in future use the fruit flavour version. For my tastes there are too many Strawberry flavoured tablets. Preferably the flavours should be any Berry other than Strawberry.

Good price, tastes weird
I brought this pack as it was the same value as the assorted flavours and the mixed berries have some strange flavours but they still work as great. I will just stick with the assorted flavours from now on however

Fabulous, work brilliant as medication, tastes like sweets!
I got lucky & bought these on a "Twofer" i.e. BOGOF...And... Wow, these taste Amazing! I almost wish sometimes that my GERD would play up, just a little bit but more oftrn, so I could have an excuse to suck them more often. If these flavours were sold as sweets, I would definitely buy them and eat some every day! They come in 3 different colours & flavours and they are all yummy. The British calcium carbonate tablets are awful, even when they came in 4 flavours assorted, now there only seems to be orange. Not only is it too strong a taste, but it really gets boring if you have to take them a lot (as I sometimes do). I get to play lucky dip with the Tums & I don't look, I just pop it in. I don't even have a favourite. They are also double the strength of the British ones, so you only need 1 at a time instead of 2. I have never needed more than 3 Tums at a time, even though my symptoms can get very severe. In comparison I regularly needed 8 at a time of the "home-grown" versions. However I have one minor gripe, which is actually only a very tiny one & could be seen as a benefit also....They are hard. They are not soft, melting & chalky like the Brit ones. So they take a bit longer to dissolve on the tongue. I kind of don't mind in a way, as I get the flavour for a little longer & they seem to literally melt away with no chalkiness. They are described as chewable, which they are not (unless you have very strong teeth). Maybe the Twofer was to get rid of a bad batch? I don't know, but I won't be chewing them as I think they might break my teeth. So I don't know if that counts as a gripe as I swing both ways on it.There are a few broken ones in the bottom of the tubs, but that doesn't bother me.If anyone is having trouble getting the lid off, it just twists a tiny bit (not even a ΒΌ turn) anti-clockwise & then pops off, and then, to put it back on, place it at the same angle where it popped off (dip in the lid runs front to back when attached), push down a tiny bit with a little clockwise turn & you will hear it snap into position. Easy.Having said all that, I didn't knock any stars off for the non-chewability as I do love all the flavours. If I ever get near the middle of my 2nd tub, I will be buying more & I would recommend them to anybody. I won't ever go back to the chalky orange ones.I 100% believe that Tums should put these flavours into sweets. I would definitely buy them!
