It's a good size
This is a great swimming cap for the money except the rubber strap taires off easily. I just use a stretch elastic bad to keep the cap on .

Way way too big for my small/medium adult womens head! I should've got a small but very good quality, thick rubber and looks nice on. I gave it my male friend who it fits perfectly on his big head.
