Health Rangers Nascent Iodine Dietary Supplement, 30 ml

Great product. First I will mention that I am a 28 year old male and I weigh approx' 150LBS. Took a couple of weeks to really notice the benefits and for those first two weeks I had some detox symptoms like mild headaches, brain fog, low energy and the back of my hands went really itchy for a few days. But I stuck with it and two weeks later i now feel probably the clearest head I have felt for many years. Also the constant stomach aches I was getting before taking this product have definatley reduced. I seem to have an increased apetite from taking it but for me this is a good thing as I was under-weight (in my opinion) before. One other thing I have noticed is an increase in sexual vitality and although this or the reduced stomach aches are not benefits I can find listed anywhere else on the net I am definatley feeling those benefits for real since these are problems I have suffered with for many years prior to taking this supplement and this supplement is the only change I have made so it's too much of a coincidence not to be linked.

I bought this to try to improve my health and took it alongside selenium. I believe iodine is best absorbed in this form, and should be taken with selenium. It’s hard to tell with supplements, but I feel that I got a positive effect from them. The only downside is that it’s quite expensive for a relatively small bottle.

I would definitely recommend this product.For month I had been suffering from muscle ache,forget fullness, tiredness and when I went to my Doctor, after having prostate examination and all other tests. He stated that all the systems I was suffering from were due to getting old and being slightly over weight. I go to the Gym 3 times a week, do heavy weight lifting and minimum of 1 hour cardiovascular exercise. I eat quite healthy,lots of fruit and vegetable sand avoid fried foods and takeaway.My experience with Nascent Iodine after just two weeks, was that my muscle ache was gone, I could concentrate and remember things quite easily, I also did not feel so lethargic and restless and have been experiencing some of the best sleep I have had in ages. It really seems to be balancing my body and mind. I also seem to be able to exercise and engage in my Gym work like I used too Ten years ago and I can notice my excess weight is starting to shift at last. I also have started taking 200ug of selenium as I gather this supports the Thyroid and is good to take in Tandem with Iodine supplements. I have started to recommend this product to family and friends. It is the best £33 pounds of have spent in ages and I highly recommend this supplement.

great stuff, gives me a lot of energy! i've had thyroid problem for over 20 yrs, this product has been great, and i would recommend it to anyone. but for me the best tester is to buy the iodine over the counter, put some on the skin, if the yellow colour disappears rapidly i.e. within hours, increase the nascent iodine, as the function of the thyroid needs to be balanced, depending on the person, i know from experience as i often sleep for 3days around the clock, so i now get the highest dose of iodine, as i was feeling like a living dead! i found that the blood tests to not be very accurate, the 'iodine skin test' works the best and recommend bob's best lugols 15%.

I have now been taking this for about a month now. I have lost “bad” weight and I am much more toned (Please remember this product helped but I still went to the gym and worked out), really wakes you up in the morning and when you’re low on energy, my skin look more colourful, mentally I feel better, clearer and I love the taste... It's a bit like eating electricity as odd as that sounds. :PPlease read up the many articles about the benefit received from Iodine. The ones I have listed are the main ones I have experienced so far.I can’t comment much on the headaches some people received from this. I have had a few but to be honest not sure it was from Iodine alone.
