Good quality and free from nasties
I find this brand to be very high quality and I love that they don't fill their capsules with cheap bulking agents and other crap.I'm taking these for my bone health, as I have osteoporosis, along with D3, calcium, magnesium, and boron. I use other supplements from this brand, too.The only quibble is the instructions are a bit confusing and tiny, as they try and include too many languages on a small container. But this is a minor irritation and not enough to knock off a star, as the quality is so good.

Works for what i needed
Bought these for my mother because she is having chemo and her platelets went low. After trying other things for a week they were still only 77 so bought these and thr next week they jumped up to 136 so obviously did thr trick and her chemo went ahead.
