Coconut – Vegan and Made in Canada (Shampoo)

Not moisturizing at all for me.

I kind of expected a shampoo with "bubbles" on the front would be a really foamy shampoo, but I'm generally disappointed in this. It smells awesome (if you love coconut, which I do!). The issue is .. no lather so I seem to have to put a TON on my hair or it doesn't feel very clean. I wash my hair daily due to it being baby fine in texture.Pro: It does smell AWESOME... yum. And it's organic... another plus.Con: After putting a ton on, it seems to get my hair clean, but seems like a giant waste of money when I can buy other brands that clean/lather with a dime/quarter sized dollop. With this it's like 1/4 cup to clean my thinnish medium length hair.

I don't know about hair growth - I really haven't used this long enough to get a feel for how well it's going to help with that - but I really like the scent and the way it makes my hair feel. It lathers well, it rinses completely, and it leaves my hair soft and clean. Used along with the matching conditioner, my hair is clean, silky smooth, and manageable. And as I mentioned, it smells terrific. It's a little bit pricey in my opinion, but the quality makes it worth it as far as I'm concerned.

I always try and order shampoos that are all-natural and nastiness free.This definitely fits the bill.Organic, no dye, no parabens, etc.I also love the smell.Coconut is my "go-to" scent.Where I find this underwhelming is in its consistency and lather.It is very thin and does not lather in the hair very well.I like it, I don't love it.

What I love most about this shampoo is how it smells, like a beachy coconut, sooo good. The shampoo works well to clean my hair. The lather is good and lasts while I wash my hair but rinses out completely leaving no residue behind. My hair feels moisturized and not dry after I use this.I really appreciate that there are no yucky toxic ingredients in this shampoo and that it’s cruelty free.

I kind of like this shampoo. After using it, my hair felt clean and soft. However, I don't think it had much of a scent and I like to be able to have my hair smell good at least for a while.NOTE: The bottle arrived in a plastic bag inside the mailing envelope. It had leaked considerably inside the inner bag. This has no bearing on my review, but be conscious this may happen, especially with warm weather and warm mail boxes.

I love anything with coconut ! I sometimes make fun of the idea that , why everything has vanilla in it ? From candle to yogurt …Coconut is my vanilla in this scenario .But the reality is , coconut is literally one of most amazing , miracle plant on earth .It is countless ways to help you day in and out .Drinking coconut water , helps you dehydrated . Use coconut oil when cook , bake … make tooth paste , ( I bought coconut charcoal to whiten my teeth adding to coconut oil and clay ) , coconut essential oil is great when you make home made candle . Exceptional cleaner in every possible way .Coming to this product , well it is the best shampoo I ever used by far . Squeaky clean . Very little amount was enough for my use . I do have short hair and using a size of a quarter was enough . Very fragrant .I found myself can’t wait to wash my hair again !As others noted , even though it has a a temper seal underneath the cap , it was leaking during the delivery . Wasn’t super bad , but maybe I was lucky .For the price , I’m sure for some it is acceptable . With it being an organic product ,of course it’s on the pricier side . I would love to use this shampoo for the rest of my life , but in reality , I can’t afford the price tag .Overall , I do think this is a very good shampoo to consider to buy without a doubt .Wish it wasn’t as expensive !It also has a conditioner, but I didn’t get since I don’t need to .

The tall skinny bottle is easy to grab and hold with wet hands. It is coded for recycling as type 2 resin. The cap is a convenient and easy-to-use press-to-open dispenser that keeps the shampoo from leaking when closed.The bottle was sealed with a plastic disk under the lid which was hard to remove and required a sharp edge.The shampoo is a rich, thick, clear gel that smells strongly and delightfully of coconut. The smell is strong at first but rapidly dissipates.A quarter-sized portion of it lathered well, foamed nichely and rinsed out well in our soft water. It left my hair feeling clean and moistened and with a light coconut smell.All of the product ingredients are listed on the product page in searchable format for those with ingredient sensitivities.The formula is organic, vegan and not tested on animals / cruelty free. There are no parabens, sulphates or silicones in the shampoo.The label printing is in a small font. Enlarging the font, adding a referencing QR code, or both would be desirable improvements.A good value when offered at about $23 at the time of our review for a 16.5 ounce bottle. That's about $1.39 per ounce.

This product smells soooo yummy and is a nice clear lightweight type of shampoo! Makes my hair look nice and healthy, doesn’t dry it out :)
