I like this coffee but it’s pretty over priced. I don’t know if it actually helps with your metabolism but coffee in general is already good for weight loss since it makes you not have as much of an appetite. Tastes fine though

This coffee has a nice smooth taste and does curb the appetite a bit. But because of the fiber factor, be careful not to drink too many cups.

Bot this as a promotional item. I have tried several of the other coffee and tea products from this line and liked them all. So when this was offered on promotion decided to give it a go. Was pleasantly surprised. I loved the taste as it actually tasted as what it was described as. The flavour is supple and not over bearing. A splash of cream and it is very similar to those expensive coffees at the cafes. Will be buying this again. Well done

It taste so good! I wish I could have this all year round. I think I may order a case of them to last.it gives you that feeling of warmth inside & taste wonderful! Also has all the B vitamins D3 for immune health plus a great energy boost, all In one cup. This coffee tastes great! It’s got a hint of cinnamon so it reminds me of cafe de olla, which is coffee made with cinnamon, star anise, cloves, and piloncillo (compressed brown sugar). I usually add creamer to my coffee but with this, I only have to add half for it to be perfect. As for my energy levels, I don’t notice a huge difference, but I do drink it first thing in the morning before I work out and it hasn’t let me down yet. I don’t have any issues with it bursting in my Keurig so that’s great because I was worried about that. My only issue with this coffee is that it’s a teensy bit pricier than other coffees, but it’s worth it.
