This is a great hoodie. I am 6’2” with a 44-46in chest and the fit on the XL is perfect. One thing that I usually dislike about hoodies of this price range is the quality of the zip, where you can tell it is unlikely to last long! It is immediately clear that the zip on this hoodie however, is very sturdy and built to last. Another is the length of the sleeves, as I like them to extend over my hands without stretching or holding in place, which this hoodie does perfectly. Not so long that it bunches up on your arms but long enough to cover your hands nicely when required. The great quality of the cuff ensures they stay in either position with minimal effort.The seams are discreet and strong for lasting durability and the colour of the piping just inside the zip line pops the hoodie to life when going for a more casual, slightly unzipped look.The hood itself is deep and the material is thick, so perfect for keeping the winter wind at bay. It also fits nicely underneath a coat if you are wanting to layer up and it nicely accommodates a scarf for very cold days.I can see this hoodie will be suitable well into the spring also, which only adds to the hoodies appeal.I have not tumble dried this hoodie and I would not recommend you do so. A simple wash at 30 with a good spin and it hang-dries quickly, especially over a radiator.Overall this is great quality for the price point, looks very smart, feels very nice and provides the wearer with a very comfortable and fashionable experience. I would certainly recommend this hoodie and I have ordered another in a different colour.

This hoody was a lovely style and of good quality, it was well made and the material was not to thin, true to colour from the advertised picture plus true to size plus warm and comfortable. I have not washed it yet however I do think it was value for money.

These hoodies are high quality, warm and comfortable. They are very durable, especially the zipper which feels like it could survive a bomb blast.They also have long arms and are snug around the waist which is great. All the other hoodies on Amazon seem to be made for short, fat people. I want a hoodie, not a poncho.The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is that the hood itself is too small. Maybe I have a long neck but I just can't wear it with the hood up.

This hoodie is great value for money. It is well made, very good quality, true to size and looks great on. I have washed it numerous times and it holds it's shape and size. I have never tumble dried it, opting to hang up and air dry instead. My husband absolutely raves about these hoodies of which he now owns 4 in varying colours. He has commented that the length of the hoodies are brilliant for him as he has a long torso and they do not ride up when he's on his motorbike which can be annoying and uncomfortable. As long as these are available, I will continue to purchase them.

Ordering this I was a little sceptical for the price. I didn’t expect that much however very pleasantly surprised it’s very good quality. It fits very well feels and looks great. Zip works perfectly. Someone saw me with it and said it looked amazing. They said it looks so smart and I can’t disagree.

Great quality and value

I note some other reviews think they are on the small side so I think perhaps their sizing is inconsistent. This would be a bit ironic seeing as their style is rather like Superdry and their sizing is famously all over the place. I am 5’9” and average build so it used to be that I just order a medium in anything and almost certainly it would fit. Not so with some brands these day though, and Charles Wilson seems to be one. I ordered the yellow one in medium but it is far too long. It is three inches longer than another medium hoodie I have which fits perfect. Not only does it not look right but when zipped up the elasticated bottom cuff causes it to ride up and then it bulges round your middle. This was so disappointing as otherwise this is really nice quality and I love the colour. I’m returning it and was going to try the small but sod’s law it’s out of stock in yellow so I can’t exchange it. I did however, order the Cobalt blue in a small instead. It’s a great colour too (though still prefer the yellow) and gives a slim fit which I quite like and the length is OK. I did put it up against the medium hoodie I have that fits well and it is still a touch longer. Note to Charles Wilson et al: In the UK 5’9” is average height, we are not a nation of 6ft+ bean poles!
