Quick delivery, colour not as I imagined

I tried this on a section of my hair and I kid you not, there was absolutely no difference!I asked for a refund and was told it worked differently on different hair.Money wasted, poor customer service and poor understanding of my experience. Will not buy this brand again, clearly rubbish.

Arrived on time and well packed. Excellent product. Put just enough colour where I wanted it - at the front of my head where the grey/white keeps showing through! Ideal to use in between colouring and makes hair nice and soft and doesn't appear to dry it out like some products.

I bought this to tone down my bleached hair after bleaching it to remove some pink dye. I'm naturally dark blonde and usually have highlights. I hate the peroxide blonde look and this worked beautifully, it toned down any orange/yellow and left a cool ash looking colour with blonde highlights showing through. I would recommend this for anyone with a similar issues.

good product, more of a dark brown than dark blonde, covers all grey hairs, would buy again perhaps a couple of shades lighter,

It tones in well. Used for toning in white hair.
