A Difficult Term at the Chalet School: Elinor M Brent-Dyer's Chalet School Paperback – 2 Aug. 2011

This is one of the so called fill in books to the original series telling us readers about the missing term which is occasionally referred too in other books, but was not written. The events it covers fit in very well with the series and make it fit in really well in the series.

A nice fill-in for an important gap in the books that EBD never got round to!

I really enjoyed this book. It was excellently written and very EBD in tone. It was nearly better than EBD. The girls were all very natural and you could relate to them and really like them. I thought it was excellent and well done to the author

a fair story - quite enjoyable

This has been the best of the four fill-in chalet books that I have read. I felt the characters' emotions and the language felt natural.

It could have been written by EBD herself.

She thoroughly enjoyed thisfill-in book. EBD's style is well captured and Chalet School values reflected. Devotees will enjoy this book.

good read for chalet school addicts. faithfull to EBD.have already passed it on to another, much younger fan. always looking for chalet books.
