Great for placemats
Bought these to use as place mats in our holiday cottage - look cheerful, tasteful seaside theme, easy to clean and well made (in contrast to the usual cardboard-based Pimpernel mats which soak up water as soon as their surface is scratched). Only slight gripe is that the little clear cushion pads underneath are prone to coming off, but this happens to everything they're used on, and is easy to rectify by removing them all. Highly recommended.

Quality Work Top Saver With Pretty Harbour Design
Heavy, solid work top saver with an attractive Cornish harbour design; I purchased the matching items, including mugs, placemats and jugs which everyone in the family loves and visitors also comment on how lovely they are! Would certainly recommend these.
