Nice BBQ tongues
They are long - so well suited to a good BBQ, probably a bit too long for kitchen only duty. They are reasonably well aligned ( a lot of tongues are really badly aligned), and the grips are screwed on rather than tack-welded/glued, which is a nice touch. The closing lever works well, recommended to flip those steaks over without burning your hands!
