I ordered these 'Challenger Bars' as needed equipment for Body Rock workouts. They work really well. They were easy to put together, look great, and are as sturdy as bars of this type can be. And the exercises ARE challenging!. Included with the bars is a sheet with pictures of types of exercises one can do on these as well. These bars can be set up at 2 different heights. I have mine set to the lower height. A lot of bars I looked at do not provide this option.

Took a bit of time and effort to fit all the parts together and screw in what I think were 12 screws, though two people working together should be much easier. They hold weight well, though they wobble if your weight isn't pushing directly downward, meaning that if you try dips on them and aren't able to do some comfortably, you may find it hard to do them without the bars toppling sideways. If you already have that basic upper body strength and coordination though, they work just fine. The base bar on one of them isn't so parallel to the opposing one, by the way, though I daresay that this doesn't affect anything outside of aesthetics.

Pretty good. You can do a handstand on it but I'd put weights on the bottle so it doesn't wobble when getting off. I was doing a flip holding onto it one day while listing to music on my headphones, I got distracted, and the thing wobbled a bit and I felt. You can totally do flips holding onto it but pay attention to the thing so if it moves you can react and prevent falls.If you'll use it just for parallel then x, you're ok.

These are the China knock offs, works and serves the purpose, has slight smell when opening box. Customer service Abby is rude when dealing with issues.

Just tried working out with these. Bars have an tendency to tip over, especially when doing exercises like dips. Not to my liking at all. Surprisingly poor construction considering the price. Bolt holes are all misaligned, making height adjustment an ordeal. The misalignment of the bolt holes also mean that the horizontal floor supports are misaligned. Shoddy workmanship all around. Would have been so easy to do this right. There must be better products for the money.

These are just as good as other brands, as most of this home gym level of equipment is. Plus, they ARE adjustable, if you look at the picture you'll notice there is a small piece near the bottom. When installed they're 36" which is a prefect ht for me. If needed I could removed that small piece at the bottom and they would be around 30"-31" tall. But it's not a quick change.Here's the key question; what the heck do you need to change the height for? I'm 5'-9" so 36" is a good ht for dips or if I want to do some kind of inverted pull up. None of the bars like these reduce in height enough to do inverted shoulder press ups which are usually around 16" - 20" in ht. Other misc exercises they may show like; hurdlers dips, or lying them on their side for push up bars etc. does anyone really do those?

I like it, it does the job. Use them mostly to stretch the upper and especially the lower body. My kids enjoyed them as well. The only thing, I wish the maker would change are the legs, instead of flat, keep them round like the tubing material. I think this will provide better balance support for Dips and other balance activities.

Nice and sturdy, easy to assemble, been using them for a year love them! Great price too!
