Natural Factors BioSil, ch-OSA Advanced Collagen Generator, 120 Vegetarian Capsules

I was recommended this by a famous classical guitarist ( you need strong nails ) I had a nail that kept splitting downwards towards the cuticle as soon as it grew past the end of the flesh. Within a few weeks the splitting stopped and only returns if I don't use the product for a month or so. So I make sure I don't run out nowadays. My hair looks better too.

Since starting to use BioSil around a year ago, I’ve noticed my skin is clearer and brighter. I’ve tried various brands of ‘skin, hair and nails’ capsules over the years, but this is the only product that has really made a difference to my skin. On a different note, this seller provides first class customer service. After having to pay additional customs charges on receipt of the item, I contacted the seller. Not only did they get back to me quickly, but they arranged a refund of the additional charges within one day of my getting in touch and providing proof of payment. Have been taking now for about 5-6 weeks and up until a few days ago i thought they did nothing, (I know it says it takes a while but did expected to see just a tiny difference) but then BAM!! I woke up a few days ago and all of a sudden my skin and lips were so plump and healthy looking and not just my face but everywhere, my skin feels so much thicker and tighter I was actually amazed as it can only be this, very happy and will defo repurchase

Product information states that there are no side-effects. NOT TRUE - I had a bad reaction.I took the tablets for 2 days ( 2 tablets each day, 1 morning and 1 evening) as indicated. I suffered severe constipation so stopped taking BioSil. After 48 hours my digestion returned to normal.I then took another 1 day dose and my constipation returned.Again I stopped and again my digestion returned to normal.I stopped taking BioSil.I called and emailed Customer Services and was told that if the pack had been opened there is nothing they can do.A very unreasonable response because it is impossible to assess the product without opening the pack,BEWARE - this product does not work and the suppliers will not take responsibility.I am now reporting this company to UK Trading StandardsNOTE THIS:-Following my problem I have found several websites which state BioSil ‘clinical trials’ are biased because they were funded by ‘Bio Minerals NV’ who manufacture the product.They state the absorption rate of BioSil is only 17% (same supplement is in green beans with an absorption rate of 44%) The other ingredient Choline (Ch - OSA) burns fat and can affect facial appearance.

I have not seen any effect yet, neither positive or negative. I’ll start my second bottle and see if any changes occur.

Very happy with the biosil tablets. I've been using them for two weeks and I already see an improvement in the strength of my nails. I feel that the most spectacular effect is on my skin as it looks more dewy and plumped (albeit I am only 28). I will certainly continue to use in the future. I plan to take it with biotin as other reviews suggested in hopes that my hair will grow faster too. Very pleased with the products, hope it never goes off the market!

I started taking these a few years ago and have been loyal to them ever since. I've found that since taking them my hair is in better condition and skin feels plumper than before. I take two a day as part of my routine and have been doing so consistently since starting with them. Would definitely recommend.

I recently gave 2 stars,I would like to change as had a slight issue, but, Customer service excellent and very helpful.
