I was so excited to try this but when I tried to use it, it doesn’t turn on. The red light comes on but it doesn’t do anything. I had bought new batteries and tried all the units but nothing. What a waste of money and time

This item is pure garbage. The leads disconnected just trying to use the items for the first time. Nothing like advertised. I just threw $48 right into the trash. Very disappointed.

This product does work. I used it every other day and I could see a difference in tone my butt and arms and this is with out diet or exercise. If I would have done those all combined I would have better results. So the problem is the part you wrap or put on the area you want the muscle worked it stops working with the detachable part that batteries go in and control the intensity. It just doesn’t work all of a sudden. Also for some reason the same part will burn you in certain spots of the flexible part of the product I’m not sure what caused it but I used it as directed and alway have the jelly pads on the bottom line it’s supposed to be. So concept and results good. Product cheaply made and dangerous. I bought 2 of these one from this company and another company won’t mention them. But same with the other ones. It’s not cool! I want another set I like them but afraid of the same thing happening. It’s disappointing

It zapped my fingers once while putting the snap on adhesive pieces on and that was it. It never worked again. New batteries, new adhesive parts, nothing made it work.

I mainly purchased this pack for the booty piece. The arms, legs, and abs parts work, but the part for the booty just does not come on. I've tried everything, watched videos etc. I'm not sure why it doesn't come on, but I'm so disappointed!!! Currently looking to buy a different one just for the booty since this one doesn't work. Otherwise, all other pieces turn on just fine.
