This is one continuous strip that you can cut (or tear) to length. It tears easily on the perforations that are about every two inches. Easily peels off backing, then adheres to clean/dry skin. I find that newly applied strips take up to a full day to really bond to your skin, so it helps to baby them a little at first. But then, as long as you don't mess with them and are careful in the shower, they'll stay stuck even if you get wet. If your skin is on the light side, they can even be nearly invisible.You can remove these once a week or so, wash in mild soap, rinse and hang to dry. Then they'll stick again - but it takes a little longer each time for that bond to kick in. If the strip accidentally sticks to itself (as sometimes happens), run water over it and it will unstick so you can flatten it out and reuse it once dry.Silicone treatment does work. It will keep your scars flatter and fade them faster. But you need to understand that it's a long-term process and consistency is the key. Keep the scar covered with silicone 24/7 for four to six months (or longer). Improvement continues to a long time, even on old scars. It really is amazing.

This tape is a good value for how much you get. It comes in one long roll so you can cut to whatever size you need. It doesn't seem quite as sticky as other brands I've tried though - this one started peeling off in the shower after just 3 days of wear (my other brand stays adhered at least a week).As with all of these scar tapes, time will tell if it actually works as advertised.

I have never used a silicone scar sheet or any scar treatment for that matter. So I’m really curious as to what the results will be though I understand it will take some time before I see any. I am using this roll on a group of scars on my shoulder that I got from a car accident and getting cut with glass about 12 years ago. It’s not a huge area, maybe about 4X4 in. So far what I like about this product is, that it’s really easy to cut into any length or shape that I need. It is easy to apply and once it’s on, I can keep it on all day and night and even sleep with it on and I forget it’s there. When it’s time to change it out, the sheet comes off pretty painlessly. So it’s just a matter of keeping up with the treatment. The instructions say to use it for only 4 hours on the first couple of days, then 8 hrs, then 12, etc until you eventually work up to leaving it on for a full 24 hours. I don’t think that will be a problem as it is quite comfortable and no skin sensitivity so far. Will update with pics once first box is done.

Out of 5 different brands I’ve used, this tape sticks the best and is easy to remove without discomfort. It was comfortable to wear. And I didn’t have any redness or irritation even after 24 hours of use.This is one of the thinner tapes at .015”. This seems to help it conform and flex with the skin without being disturbed. It also doesn’t accidentally snag and peel much like with other brands. I had no problem with the tape coming off even when worn under clothing, to bed, or when showering.This tape comes with perforated tear lines which makes it convenient to tear off sections to use.The tape is washable and easily reusable an extra 1 or 2 times. After using a section of tape for 24 hours, including showering and sleeping with it on, I was able to remove and reapply the same strip. I had it on my leg under my workout clothes and did a 4 hour workout. The tape stuck almost as well as on the first use, with only one corner barely starting to snag and lift up. The used tape actually stuck better than new tape of some other brands.

I have a burn scar on my hand, and I have tried many things over the year to get rid of this. I haven’t seen a doctor as this is not that big and I can cover it with clothes when I don’t want to show them. I know this is not a magical solution, but I have been wearing it for a month and I am impressed with the results. The color of the scar is getting a little lighter. The area I use feels relaxing and comfortable. It sticks very well and let’s see how it will go after a couple of months.

I've had quite a few abdominal surgeries and have some pretty gnarly scarring. My surgeon suggested silicone tape to help and I've tried probably 7 different brands of tape.This tape is thicker than any other silicone tape I've tried. It very sticky and didn't roll when used on a curved parts of my body.Be warned that this tape comes with pre-measured strips, that isn't noted anywhere on the listing, but you can see it in the picture I put up. You can use a couple strips at a time, but they are pre-measured. I tried using a larger strip but didn't like how it was several smaller pieces together.However, if you're using these for small areas or scars these are great! The pre-measured strips are convenient and easy to use. It's very sticky and thick enough to stay in place.Of all the brands I've used, these are definitely the stickiest and easiest to use without irritation or redness.

these help the scars not feel so sore but it hasn't done much for reducing the scar sizes. not that that's a bad thing, but just thought i'd mention it. it's nice to have some padding on the scars though so that if you bump them, it doesn't send shockwaves through your body. these are good for that.
