It's ok
Ingredients are exactly what I was looking for. Like any other supplement, effects are much harder to identify and pin down. Taste is ok, kind of fakeish berry but not horrible. Mixes well.

Reminiscent of Dr Amy Myers Organic Reds
Very reminiscent of Dr Amy Myers Organic Reds powder, albeit this Force Factor product provides blues, not reds: Dr Amy Myers ingredients include red raspberries, blueberries, cranberries, cherries, papayas, strawberries, pomegranates, grapes, mulberries, aronia, carrots, acai, and beets, in that order, and Force Factor ingredients include blueberries, ashwagandha, blue spirulina, lion's mane, chaga, cordyceps, and reishi, in that order. Interestingly, both products contain blueberries as a key ingredient, even though Dr Amy Myers is said to contain reds. Conversely, however, Force Factor contains ashwagandha and lion's mane as key ingredients, and no, these are not blues. While it doesn't bother me per se that this is the case, the taste of Dr Amy Myers isn't negatively affected by the blueberries because I don't sense that these are in the ingredients. The same cannot be said, however, about Force Factor. Yes, I sense the blueberries, and this makes sense (pun intended) because it is said to contain blues. But the prominent, non-blues ingredients in Force Factor distract from the taste. In order to make it more palatable for me, I've been adding a small amount of agave nectar to my servings. Force Factor is sweetened with a natural sweetener, "organic stevia leaf extract", and while I appreciate this (especially because I detect zero of the stereotypical metallic taste of cheaper products), it's just not sweet enough. I don't need to add agave nectar to Dr Amy Myers, which is adequately sweetened with "organic monk fruit extract". While Force Factor isn't bad, I like Dr Amy Myers much, much better. The question is whether Dr Amy Myers is worth what is currently almost a 50% markup in price.

Very sweet, but calming
This powder supplement is very sweet. I was hoping for something a little more versatile that could be used in different ways, but with the amount of sugar in it, I was really only able to use it for smoothies and desserts. It works very well for those type of recipes, but for the cost there are much cheaper alternatives to sweeten a smoothie. Force Factor Blues supplement powder is made with very high quality ingredients and will contribute to a healthy diet, if counting calories is not your major concern. I did feel a slight calming effect and better focus along with post work out smoothies and that was an unexpected bonus. I have used products with ashwagandha before with little or not effect, but this product did give me those results.

Taking this with other multivitamins
I have been taking this with my other multis and it’s been a great addition. It probably not that fair that I take this along with something else but it’s part of my regiment and I’m loving it. There have been times were I don’t take anything at all and I feel like I’m getting sick and then I start on this regiment again and all that sniffles and feeling like I’m getting sick goes away. I chalk that up as a win on its own. But also I do feel a bit more focused at work. To the point where I am actually looking into other mushroom related supplements. Taste is fine. Not too sweet at all.

Freeze some blueberries and use with this in smoothies
Freeze some blueberries and use with this in smoothies along with some unsweetened almond milk to make a pretty darn good smoothie mixSince the powder itself is on the sweeter side, this is how I use this powder

Good supplement but really sweet
This is a nice addition to fruit smoothies but it is very sweet. If you're adding it to protein powder that is already sweetened, it's overpowering sweetness. But with other fruits and no added sweetener, it's delicious!
