I have arthritis pain in my hands and I’m very active DIYer, so gripping paintbrushes, power tools, etc for many hours a day. This light lessens the pain and inflammation in one session. My husband had surgery on his elbow and is using it daily for recovery and it’s working well. The biggest thing I’ve seen though is my skin! I have melasma (dark patches on my face) that began 35 years ago during pregnancy. I’ve tried chemical peels , vitamin C, every product you can imagine. Nothing made it vanish. Compared to this panel, the pads are much more comfortable resting on her legs, plus they have LEDs that are dual-chip so that each light radiates both the red and near-infrared wavelengths.If you are looking for a red light panel to be used at a normal distance though, dual-chip LEDs are probably not necessary.
