This style of retro banana hair clips are my fave because I have very long, wavy hair. I used these back in the 70’s when I was a wee lass, they give you a pulled back ponytail look without the wear and tear of elastics. The clips I purchased aren’t made of the heavy plastic of yesteryear, so if your hair is extremely thick they might not close or could possibly break trying to place in hair. These clips would be just fine for the majority of folks with hair of normal thickness and texture. The package comes with a wide variety of sizes and shapes. Definitely worth the money spent. I’m very glad this item is still available, a real blast from the past.

Love the pony combs and actually all of them. I work outside and these are great for keeping my hair up and back on hot days. Use different one daily

These are great for thin or thick hair. Can do a variety of styles with the variety of combs. I have looked for some of these in stores and don't find them anywhere. This set is good because you don't have to make alot of different purchases, this set has them all.

A lot of hair clips for the money. The longer ones (banana clips) are better for thick hair - mine is too thin to hold them in place. The smaller ones are great, though, and well-worth the price just to get those. I am still working with the clips with the stretchy part in between...they will be good when I get it sorted out.
