Love bike, but...
Thought it came with 21ah battery & a few other features as last description suggested. Apparently not sellers fault though. Otherwise bike is fun, and will know more after putting more miles on it. Just hoping I don't run out of battery on first long ride.

Would repurchase over and over!
I’m 5’3 and with the seat all the way lowered it’s a great fit! This bike is so much fun and the attention to detail is insane. I love everything about this bike and I will recommend it over and over again. Flies up hills with no problem and and overall awesome bike. My fiancé is 5’8 and he also thinks the bike is awesome/fits him well. So happy with my bike! Added bonus - it looks sick!!

Customer service is very lacking. Bike is great though.
The bike came without the headlight as described in the ad. I emailed the company directly on their website and have never received a response .... instead they added my email address to their spam email list. Customer service so far is a 1/5 star.However, the bike is great all‐around. Added linkage to allow towing trailer ( https://amzn.to/3NQb0Ol) for kids and a seat behind the rider for an additional passenger (https://amzn.to/3rvPbwc). Very sturdy and can go anywhere.

The downside is the horn sounds is too low. It’s not loud and a headlight is not bright enough

SENADA Electric Bike for Adults, Herald Step-Thru 1000W 48V 15Ah Ebike.
I purchase this bike few days ago, extremely unhappy with the quality of product used for this bike, it looks like some unsatified person returnd the bike to manufacture and got shipped to me. The pedal threads were stripped. Tried to return the bike it, UPS, Fedex quoted me anywhere between $450 to $1100 to ship it back to manufacture from Washington State to California so it looks like i am stuck with a product that i am not happy with.So if you are going to purchase a bike from this company make sure to check the return policy and cost of return shipment.
