Lately I've been dealing with sporadic neck pain that's at its worst when I wake in the morning. Tried different positions, pillows, etc but it's been ongoing. I've been using this product for about a week, and honestly I'm feeling good about the purchase.Using it once or twice a day for about 10 minutes or so, my only problem was letting myself relax into it. Great quality, good material, looks/feels to be a long-lasting pillow.Not purposed to be a replacement for your pillow, so don't sleep on it over night. I would definitely recommend - it's a great compliment with physical therapy.

I recently purchased this neck stretcher, and I must say it is a game-changer in my quest for neck pain relief. As someone who spends long hours working at a desk, I often suffer from stiffness and discomfort in my neck and upper back. This neck stretcher has become my go-to solution for neck pain relief. I really feel the stretch, and it also serves as a way to sit still for a few moments, which also helps the pain and my mental health.

Both times I've used this, it's only given me headaches. It also doesn't seem to allow for people with shorter necks. My husband doesn't mind it - it doesn't give him headaches and he also has a longer neck than I do, so it may work for many people, but doesn't seem to for me.

If you have pain in your shoulders and neck that cause migraines that make it difficult to do day to day things I definitely recommend this product! Since using this product I have noticed a significant difference, so much that only without several days without using the pain comes back slowly. I have recommended this product to a dear friend who was complaining of pain between her shoulders and she too raved about it. I was apprehensive to try this but it offers the relief I need and I don’t have to depend on advil to get through the day. I am able to move my head and neck all around like normal rather than having pain stop me. I find that it offers plenty of support and the little nodes on it offer relief when pressure is applied! It feels good to me while using it, after using it though I feel great! Incredible product!

I feel like this thing might be helpful if it was offered in a small size also. I’m short (5’2”) and my neck is approximately 3-4”. When i use it I just get a crick in my neck. My head stays off the ground about 2”-3” and my chin is down near my collarbone. It seems like my head should be closer to the ground and my chin shouldn’t be so low. My (5’7”) son tried it and seems ideal for him; his head touches the ground and his chin points upwards. Not meant for shorter people.

I have been using this for about 10 days now with 8-10 mins a day. I had severe neck pain and stiff neck as a result of prolonged phone and laptop usage. I was excited to try this neck stretcher. No matter how I placed my neck, it did not have support or give any stretch. It was pretty flimsy. I’m a small and short person, so I was surprised it didn’t do anything.

I was having the worst neck pain. Woke up feeling stiff all the time and as a result got a lot of migraines. One night sleeping on this pillow and I felt great the next day. It’s been about a month now using the pillow and I won’t go back. I have a tendency to change sleeping positions during the night so it’s nice that the shape of the pillow is good for all kinds of positions. Highly recommend!
