not a cabbage patch kid as I remember it...romper would be too small

My daughter has this doll outfit in the size labeled up to 16" and a 14" perfectly cute doll, so I tried it on for you. Great fit.

Totally tiny fits like a Barbie doll size. Didn’t fit a babydoll. Very disappointed.

I don't think so. I bought it for a baby alive water baby that's only 11" long and it fit perfectly.
