Gives a subtle smoke
I have bought loads of different types of wood for smoking, this is one of the best I have used to date.Smoked :pork shoulder; spatchcocked check and beef short ribs. (On a kamado) approximately 1/4 of a cup of wood chips.Gave a pleasant light smoke flavour not pungent or overpowering as some do.I would definitely recommended this product.

Great Product
Good price, fast delivery, good sized 'chips' (not logs or dust).I have used before and have a wonderful 'oak' flavour (no great surprise there, I suppose)

Disappointed
My box of hickory wood chips arrived today.According to the picture on amazon, the pieces were small chunks. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box, these are shavings, not one piece is large. These will fit in a smoker tube. I am smoking a St.Louis cut pork rack for 5 hours tomorrow, I hope this is enough to last the process.
