easy warming up but the temperature is only moderate and lasts short time. I am not sure how much can the warming up time be increased above 1.20 min.

Didn't like the Velcro straps so have cut off as just wanted for my back. Also, seems to smell quite a bit when heated - more wheat than lavender I think. Wonder if you can put oil on after you have heated it?

At the time when I was in constant pain I couldn't live without this pad.. I cut the straps off though as I used it for my shoulder
