I’ve been using this tape religiously for the past year and have had little skin irritation. Tape holds for a few days even in sweat or water and irritation only occurs when stretched too tightly.

Good strong tape for sore wrist.

This adheres fine and has other paper to keep it from sticking together as you wrap it, but that also makes it impractical because it makes it difficult to wrap it around your ankle without it sticking together.

I have rheumatoid arthritis, and with that, severe back and shoulder pain. I wear the tape across my shoulders, down my spine, and across my lower back. It does help (although it would probably work even better for people who don't have severe problems like mine), and if needed, it will stay on for days.When it comes to removing it...well...let's just say it's difficult. I would suggest removing it in the bath or shower (have someone help you with it), or rolling it off very, very slowly, as though you were removing painter's tape from a wall, so as to not peel off the paint surrounding it.Don't let this stop you from using it; it's good stuff.

A case you get what you pay for, I would recommend spending more and getting a higher-quality brand if your purpose is sports/running. The fabric is thin, the adhesive is good but does irritate the skin.

So odd use for this but we have used it on two kids to stop their mindless thumb sucking. It’s flexible so they can still move their thumbs/write/etc but it stays stuck and keeps them from mindlessly sticking their thumbs in their mouths. Both were in school already when we had to break that habit and both understanding that they needed to stop. Obviously they could also have just ripped it off but it has worked well for both of them!

I sprained my ankle a few months ago. This tape has allowed me to keep my joint secure and pain free. When I work out I add a compression sock. I like it also because it comes in 4 different color that allow me to mix and match. Life saver!
