LOVE THIS TOASTER. SO QUICK TO MAKE A CHEESE TOASTIE ETC. NO MESS AND VERY EASY TO USE. IT SURELY IS THE NEXT GENERATION OF TOASTERS. CLEANING IS A DODDLE. NO MORE HAVING TO SHAKE ALL THE CRUMBS OUT OF THE WORKINGS, JUST A DAMP CLOTH WILL REMOVE ANY CRUMBS LEFT. BRILLIANT PURCHASE.

you don't get crumbs everywhere side loading make it easy to get out and when you take it out just shake out crumbs

Rewrites the toaster rule book.
No more poking about with a fork for smaller size slices of bread, no getting thicker bread stuck, no more shaking the toaster upside down or poking a bottle brush in to get rid of crumbs. Love the control this gives me - whatever bread I want to toast, it fits and toasts perfectly. Easy to clean, I can just slide the whole thing out and wipe it clean. Very happy with this purchase.

Great new design and toasts bread evenly. Ensure you have sufficient surface, because it's side loading.

Complete flop
I found it did not toast the complete bread brown on the centre only it has hot bars that run in the centre so that is why the bread does not go brown all over.I stick to a basic toaster

Don't buy this.
I tried to return this item but was one day past return date.I have persevered but this toaster will not take a standard size slice of bread. This renders it not fit for purpose. This will have to go in the bin and I will have to buy another.Completely useless.

not to be use by the young
the toaster is very good,but not to be used by the young due to open ends and getting hands burned, we leave on work top away from wall to cool down,
