Gentle on the stomach.
Gentle on the stomach not like many other enzymes that can be harsh on the stomach. If your stomach is very sensitive and you need enzymes you can open the capsule and just start of using a small amount. Would highly recommend.

USEFUL TO HAVE
As you age its been said that you dont absorb nutrients as well as you should and its not what you eat its what you absorb.So i find this useful , its only the basic version so it compliments the bodys own digestive enzymes and i only use it on heavy meals , soups and cereal for example i feel theres no need.
