Treat with care for best results
This is our second purchase of this item. I love the thinness combined with sturdiness and flexibility. The corners will start to tear and break off over time, at which point the item has to be replaced. That's why I bought the 2-pack this time, after purchasing only the one last time. Their short lifespan is a bit annoying but I think it's just an inevitable consequence of the design choices that were necessary to achieve the combination of thinness and sturdiness that make it so nice to use. Weighing all considerations, I'm okay with replacing it every year or so. Will now wash softly by hand after every use to minimize opportunity for breakage.

I like that they have sharp edges. They don’t crumple up your pancake trying to slip them underneath

It is well made and very flexible. I have only used the bigger one but both look similar except for the size.
