Very easy to use and does a good job. I tried endlessly to remove some burnt on food with plastic tools because I was afraid to ruin the look of a brand new hob but the tool in this kit has a metal blade (careful here - this is sharp!) which removed the offending item in a trice. The fluid cleaner and the buffing cloth bring the hob back to its original lustre. This is a Bosch product and my hob is from the same manufacturer but it’ll obviously work for any ceramic hob. Excellent job - excellent value! Highly recommended!

Bought myself one of the kits late last year and still using the original kit. The cream - a little goes a long way. one of my daughters was moving into her first flat and so since a new cooker and hob i thought i would purchase one for both my daughters. Rubbish present really but both have given such positive feedback i thought i would spare the time to put it on here. I even got a photo from daughter number 2 who said it must be MAGIC as she had used it on her hob - not cleaned in 18 months and it now looked like new. Daughter no. 1 said her partner had used it on their new hob which after just a month was showing signs of looking past its best and loved it - it came up brilliantly. Expensive but is well worth it.

The (basic) instructions for use are there, they are just on the INSIDE of the bottle’s outer label. Just find the little black curved back arrow under the 250ml mark and peel back from there (see photo). I don’t know why firms think it’s a good idea to hide important information in this way (other than to save a few pennies on printing a separate leaflet), but not good on a potentially harmful cleaning product. The product works well though if you can find how to use it!

I thought I had destroyed my 6 mth old induction Neff hob having left a saucepan burning away that Id forgotten about during a 20 minute phone call , the burnt food fell out of the amazing pan ( scoville) now like new but the hob was impossible to get the burnt ring of food off . Then I bought this cleaner kit , it arrived next day and took 5 minutes to get my hob back working and looking like it is brand new .Rarely do I leave comments but Im so pleased with the results

I use this product for my BOSCH Electric Hob. I was finding it extremely stressful to keep the hob free from any marks after cooking. I was using a spray was it was useless. I found this product on Amazon and am so very happy with it. The only thing is it comes with no instructions so I am doing my own thing, which I am not entirely sure is the most economical. I drop a few drops where there is a mark and use the yellow cloth to clean it, magically my cooker looks as good as new! Highly recommend this product!

I have a new Rangemaster cooker and the first time I used it I thought my frying pan damaged my ceramic hob as the oil in the pan went on fire and the top of my hob had white marks on it as if the black ceramic had flaked off. I used hob cleaner but it wouldn't remove it and I thought the black ceramic was totally damaged and this was what the white marks where. I came across reviews of this product and gave it a go. Was the best buy ever, one application of the product using the cloth provided and the marks came off the hob is like new again. It made my weekend as I was going to contact Rangemaster to see if the hob could be replaced.

The outside of the cardboard box says that there is an instruction manual inside the box. There wasn't. One person says that the blade should be reversed. It looks to me that the blade is sharp on both sides. Perhaps the person meant that the blade comes upside down. Where can a manual be found?

This is amazing! I had 3 year old marks left by extreme Indian cooking - aubergine drippings that burnt and stuck to glass hob like superglue.I had tried everything in the market but nothing took them outThis product finally got rid of it. It took me an hour of hard labour with the scraper but finally the last of the burnt drippings are off.It is easily 10 times costlier than the usual kitchen cleaners but it really delivers as long as you are ready to put in elbow greaseThe glass doesn’t look new as it has been scar arched from use over many years but the burnt drippings are gone.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto dopo averne usato uno già specifico per questo tipo di piano cottura, che ha 2 mesi di vita.Rimanevano sempre le macchie d'acqua e soprattutto non riuscivo a rimuovere il residuo di un adattatore che si era sciolto.Il residuo è venuto via il in lampo con l'aiutalo del raschietto e la pulizia e la brillantezza del piano sono garantiti con un solo passaggio di detergente e asciugatura.Fortemente consigliato

Plaque vitrocéramique - les microrayures disparaissent après plusieurs passages après frottage très doux. Seul bémol : frais de port excessifs (si je me souviens bien : 12 euros pour l'envoi).

Pero el precio por lo se entregan es muy elevado. Lo de mas, la grabadora no tiene instrucción donde se explican de remover la pieza plastica de color amarillo antes se puede aplicarla.

Der Artikel wurde pünktlich geliefert, aber er war offensichtlich eine Retoure, denn die Gebrauchsanleitung war nicht enthalten, obwohl auf der Verpackung steht: "Hinweise zur Verwendung ... entnehmen sie der innenliegenden Gebrauchsanleitung"

Acquistato senza troppe aspettative per pulire un piano ad induzione Bosch da aloni e cibo bruciato, mentre lo usavo ho pure detto "vabbè, non farà miracoli" e invece l'ha fatto, il miracolo. Piano tornato come appena installato. Mi ha svoltato la giornata. Occhio alle istruzioni e alle misure di sicurezza, safety first!
