This blend of 100% Arabica coffee beans is darkly roasted to deliver the strong flavour of traditional Italian espresso. Our ground coffee products are packed into air-tight vacuum sealed packs to lock in flavour, aroma and freshness until opened. Recommended brewing methods include french press, drip coffee and stove top percolators. Vittoria Espresso is a blend of un-washed South American arabica beans for strength and body, and delicate washed Central American arabica beans to add depth of flavour. The beans are roasted in a slow, controlled drum roaster, allowing minute manipulation of the roast profile to achieve optimum flavour development. After roasting the beans are ground on a water-cooled grinder, allowing for greater consistency of particle size and colour. We then pack the ground coffee under vacuum, preserving the flavour and aroma of the coffee until opened.
