It may be useful to some people who already have a decent sounding room. However, if you have a problem with the sound of your room, this will not fix that problem.

you're better off buying a reflector
It's okay.It channels your voice. Unfortunately it adds more bass.If you're buying for your home studio, you're better off buying a reflector, which you can get for less money. If you're on the road quite a bit, you may find this useful.Take a look at the video reviews on YouTube first.

Works well in my small studio
I did not want to use those big shield things as I have very little space. This worked fine and looks way better. Easy to assemble.
