Second piece bought and it leaks again!!!!
We bought second piece of same toilet and this one leaks as well Considering price, we expect item to work perfectly, but forced to return yet second piece.

Toilet seat clips damaged on arrival
The toilet itself seems fine but clips to secure seat flimsy and damaged on arrival. Emails to the company requesting a replacement seat or clip mechanism were ignored and I had to buy an alternative seat.

Would not buy this model again.
Not as good as I thought it might be. It said it’s compatible with 1-1/4” pipe and fittings this is not true the fittings that come with it are smaller. Very noisy. Toilet seat fixing Broken I’ve seen this before on comments. How do I get my warranty for the customer.

Defektes WC nach einem Halben jahr
Jetzt ist es schon 6 Monate her das ich ein defektes WC gemeldet habe und Mann bekommt absolut keine Rückmeldung das ein Ersatzteil kommt oder das wo ausgetauscht wird !Eine bodenlose Frechheit !!!!

Klodeckelhalterung bereits bei Ankunft defekt, Verschraubungen minderwertig verarbeitet und undicht, absolut nicht zu empfehlen, ein scheisshaus im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes
