Sturdy construct, expandable, adjustable to one's height requirements, the grip is very ergonomic. However, no instruction manual given. Turn clockwise to open for extending, turn anticlockwise to lock. The markers are indicated on the pole. Don't extend beyond the stop marker.

Not a good stick at all
I used similar hiking stick of my friend and found it really good so ordered one for myself.But this time it turned out to be pathetic. The locking and adjustment not work properly. The runnber that gives stability on ground fell off in first trek only. I can not return only because I have used it. It's not even getting folded anymore so have to keep it as it is.So not the worth of money i spent.

Comfortable & very easy to carry
It was an amazing experience with this pole, way better than the previous one I had, extremely comfortable to hold or carry, and durable too. Highly recommend to all the trekkers out there.
