Great bike so far
10 miles and a week of messing around on it, good so far! I’m the max weight for it so smaller folks may even get better performance. works great on hills. Assembly went great, directions were inaccurate only because it was more pre-assembled than the directions indicated. Seems like a great mountain bike even not using power. Size is good for me at 6’ tall.Only complaint so far is the brakes are really squeaky and a bit chattery going down hills. I’ve heard hydraulic brakes are more comfortable (this is my first mountain bike in many years, just heard from a buddy his lectric bike came with cable and he was sent hydraulic and it was a big upgrade) so it would be cool if Ancheer would offer an upgrade kit or something for it.

OMG Fricking Amazingsauce and a bag of a chips! 5/5 stars highly highly recommend this bike!
So back in March my head gaskets blew on my jeep and and i had to scrap it. I got 600 bucks for the jeep, obviously no car is available for so little so after a bunch of research and debating between a scooter and an ebike i decided to get the Ancheer Gladiator. It came unassembled and was stupid easy to put together, zero issues at all with it.Im a middle aged man (45) who has not ridding a bike since he was (18) in the mid 90s. Ive never used a mountain bike my whole life until i got this. I still have no idea how the gears work, nor do i care at all. I only use this bike on "mode 0" (full auto) and just hit the 400 mile mark. She rides just as smooth and quiet as during my first mile.I use this bike mostly to ride to and from my moms house, which i have found out is 2.8 miles from my house. It takes 14 minutes to drive there if i miss the lights, 11 if i make the light in a car. On this bike it is a flat 12 minutes to or from her house.Having not ridden a bike since the 90s i was nervous riding this thing so for miles 1-10 i road just around my block ALOT getting used to the balance and braking and turning. After getting comfortable in the very local area I expanded my range from miles 11-25 to include my neighborhood and the neighborhood on the other side of this tracks, which let me bike up to the VFW or the Gas Station. At this point my PPG was just a pair of jeans, long sleves, cloth gloves and a standard bike helm. I headed to moms and passing a bar a drunk "didnt see me" and almost drove over me. I had to throw myself and my bike to the ground, getting some nasty scraps and cuts in the process. I also broke the rear reflector with that. The bike itself, not a single dent or scrape other than the rear reflector. So after getting to her place, I orders a motocross helmet, gloves and motorcycle riding boots. They came a couple days later. For miles 30-200 I just road back and forth to moms, or local area to stores. From miles 200-400 I am so comfortable on the bike ive taken to main streets and trails with it. Not a single issue at all with her, she rides smooth. the battery lasts for a few days, unless i go for a few hour ride. Seems to have about 20 mile range, possibly more as i honestly dont pay much attention to it as I get from her house to mine with 1/sliver of battery life left. All i gotta say now is if your on the fence, Get this bike its a great introduction to ebikes. Next spring I will probably upgrade to a better bike and let either the misses or the kiddo take the bike.My only complaints are 2 fold. The seat is not the most comfortable but i found sitting with just one cheek on it works great and is far more comfy, after all im not pedaling at all. Also I am 6'2" so the angle to hold the handlebars is a bit straining for long distances or if alot of turns. If the handle bars could be raised up about 2-3" than it would be perfect for me.You heard it here from me, Buy this bike. Do it! DO IT NOW! You will not regret it!

Great Ebike!
We have put 153 miles on this bike, and feel that we are at a point we can give it an accurate review / rating. We purchased this bike for our 14 year old son, as we have two other (much more expensive and higher wattage) eBikes, and we needed a more economical eBike for him to ride with us. This bike was 1/2 the price of our next most expensive eBike, yet for value, it is an extremely good purchase. This bike has been on multiple 25 mile long rails-to-trails rides, and a 12 mile ride that included a 1,400' climb up a mountain. We've had it on rough mountain biking trails, rails-to-trails, gravel roads, back roads and streets around our town.Power-wise, this bike is very surprising for only 500 watts. We have two other eBikes rated at 750 watts (and one has a peak 1000 watt), and this bike easily hangs with them, both accelerating from a stop, and torquing up a big hill. We live in a mountain town, so just riding across town back and forth easily results in 400' elevation climb, and this bike handles it great. It is actually more powerful up a grade than my $1250 eBike with a 1000 watt peak motor. My theory is that this, being a much lighter-weight mountain style bike, is equivalent to a big fat-tire eBike of 750 watts. Since this bike is lighter, a smaller motor gives the same amount of performance.Battery life is extremely good as well. After a 25 mile long ride it had 3 out of 5 bars remaining on the battery gauge.Another thing we like on this eBike compared to others is that it has a dedicated control for the headlight and the horn. Yes, you heard right, this bike has a little horn that makes a beeping sound and is actually loud and useful, especially for rails-to-trails where you pass a lot of other bikers and walkers. The battery can be removed, resulting in the bike being just a normal lightweight mountain bike that performs like any other standard 21 speed bike. Our other eBikes, being heavier, bulkier, and having fat tires, are not very reasonable to ride totally manually with no electric assistance. However this bike can be used totally without electric like a normal bike, especially after removing the battery to get that extra weight off the bike.If I had to nitpick and find a couple things that could be better, they would be:1. You cannot use the manual throttle along with pedal assist modes. In PA modes (IE pedal assist is greater than 0) the throttle does not work, and it can only be used if PA is totally turned off. However, I believe this is for legal compatibility, as some state parks require eBikes to have pedal assist only and no manual throttle control.2. Top speed is around 20 mph and cannot be increased. I think 25 is a totally reasonable top speed for this bike, and it would be nice if it was configurable.3. The bike has a headlight, which is decent. However it does not have a tail light. It would be nice if that was included and ran off the main battery for convenience and safety.

Great bike but can be hard to get on for older people
After one year this bike is still going strong. I have ridden for a 4-hour stretch and the battery retains its charge. Tires are a great size. I don't worry about hitting a bump and popping the tires. My only issue with this bike is that at 5'9" I need the seat raised significantly. Because, though, the seat needs to be so high, I have a difficult time swinging my leg over to get on the bike. I have to compensate by keeping the seat all the way down, swinging my leg over, then raising my seat to lock it in. A minor inconvenience but it's the only way I can get on the bike and maintain proper seat height. I'm in my upper 50s so the hips don't work like they used to. Also, I added a cargo rack on the back for extra storage space. I replaced the seat, too. I've had slices of pie larger than the seat it comes with. Great bike overall but if I ever buy another one, it will definitely be a step-through.
