I wanted to get another pocket knife cuz the one I had finally broke. So I purchased this one and found it to be really handy It has a little clip on the side so you can hook it on your belt is it to use and sharp.

So good that I brought 3 more. Sharpe and durable.

This knife is perfectly adequate, good looking, and fits nicely in a pocket. It has a weird opening mechanism that’s not revolutionary. BUT, it does NOT secure automatically. Please make sure you manually push the lock bar over until it’s secure. Please don’t learn the hard way that the knife does not automatically lock open when you’re cutting. Now, that I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks, it is securing—mostly. I’ll never trust it, but the middle bar almost always falls right into the locked position. I wouldn’t buy it again, but I love the feel of it, and the handle is pretty. Cuts well.

Do not like the little rough edge that is sticking out when closed and clip should be in opposite direction so you don't need to turn knife to open after removing from belt.

A friend had showed me a knife just like this recently and he was quite proud of it. After getting mine I can understand why. This is a very well made and high quality pocket knife. I chose the version with rosewood scales. The finish of the wood is perfect. Smooth and ergonomically shaped with nice little touches like tastefully rendered "art deco" style decorative piercings and sculpted and beveled edges. The color of the wood has depth and an almost antique "age worn" luster.This knife feels good in the hand. Metal parts are flawlessly finished. Wood to metal fit is excellent. The blade on this knife is extremely sharp right out of the box. When the blade is fully extended out it locks securely. No worry about the blade closing on you while it's being used. Mechanically, it works great. The only thing I might change would be the tension on the blade when it's closed. I just felt there should be a touch more pressure on it. But you know, I tested it and it is secure and its not loose in anyway. It stays closed and I'm really not worried it will open by itself. So what it comes down to is that it's just a personal preference I have and realistically not necessary to proper function. In fact, it makes it so one doesn't have to pinch hard and struggle to get the knife open. In addition, the flipper extension on the blade is a great feature for easy opening of the blade whenever you need to use it. All in all this is a beautiful and well made knife that really speaks high quality. And at a very attractive price.
