Didn't work for dark hair
I bought this for my daughter's birthday. She wanted purple hair, so I got a bit trigger happy on the purchase. It seemed like a great idea at the time. But, it didn't occur to me until afterward that dye doesn't work very well on dark colored hair. So, it was really hard to see. Just be careful about that. If you have blonde hair, then maybe this will meet your needs.However, I also want to caution you that it left a "slimy" residue on her hair and we had to be careful that she didn't get it on things. In the end, this was bad idea and I should have just purchased a purple wig. That would have been a MUCH better plan.Oh well, you live and learn. This product might work fine if you have light colored hair and are willing to put in some effort. I honestly just recommend buying a wig. The product did seem to wash out just fine, so that was good.

It did the job
My daughter really wanted temporary purple hair color and this was cheap and easy to use. It can be messy and can stain clothes, so use carefully.

Runny did not work well
RUNNY AND IT DID NOT WORK WELL IN MY DAUGHTERS BROWN HAIR IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE PURPLE AT ALL
