Well made and looks very smart. The removable ashtray on the top hasn't made it look too utilitarian although it is a curiously old fashioned idea and pretty pointless these days. I use it in the kitchen as a sponge holder by the sink.My one gripe with this product is that it has a design issue. The bottom edge is moderately sharp and wavy to facilitate tearing off sheets of paper which it does well. However if you are not mindful of which way round the toilet roll is installed it drags on the bottom of the roll and jams and shreds it simultaneously. Hubby gets it wrong every time and once in, it's a devil to get it back out to turn it round as there is no space for even small fingers at the sides, and to remove the full roll you have to crush it to push it back far enough to take it of the holder. A sticker inside to instruct dummies would be so useful, lol!Yuo put the roll in with the paper coming down the back of the roll so the end rests on the bottom of the holder. If you put the roll in with the end coming from over the top you will end up with a shredded roll that jams on the serrated edge.That said though, it has proven perfect for its intended function, my dogs can no longer reenact the Andrex adverts!

Got this for my first floor WC. This is really good as the whole of Toiler Roll fits really well in the holder. The holder is really shiny and amazing looking.

Nice looking toilet paper holder. Easy to fit to wall and looks good. only gripe is that the rods that hold roll of paper are square rather than round so toilet roll doesn't turn as smoothly as it could have.

Really smart looking. Only rated 4stars as toilet roll is a very tight fit. And awkward to fit in. But looks great.
